We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and cheerful. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional service. The front desk staff, especially Ahamad and Omar, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. We were upgraded to a breathtaking suite and were treated like family during our stay. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor pool area and spa, were top-notch. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options including fresh juice. The hotel is located in a nice private quiet area, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Taymour at the reception and Mr. Sherief the duty manager, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities, including the spa and pool, were top-notch. The location was convenient, as it was close to attractions like Jerash and the Dead Sea. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. the staff and facilities made my stay memorable and enjoyable.
